Job Summary

Lead large, complex data center and mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing client engagement, pursuit support, and RFP responses. Coordinate estimating, purchasing, engineering, and safety teams while overseeing project financials, schedules, and procurement strategies. Review design documents for constructability, manage subcontractor agreements, and drive commissioning milestones in fast-paced environments. Mentor project staff, evaluate safety performance, and represent the company professionally with owners, architects, and trade partners.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of general contracting project management experience
Current Driver's License
Successful completion of required pre-employment screening
Physical capabilities including vision, standing, walking, using hands/fingers/arms, sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
OSHA 10 certification
Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hands, fingers, and arms
Ability to sit, climb, and balance
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Desired Qualifications

Experience delivering data centers, mission critical facilities, advanced technology, industrial, healthcare, life science, or similarly complex projects
Experience leading preconstruction planning, conceptual estimating, budget development, subcontractor bidding, procurement, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk management
Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, general conditions, subcontract documents, scope development, change management, cost reporting, scheduling, project controls, commissioning coordination, and closeout
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management technology
Experience with tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, and Timberline/Sage or similar systems
OSHA 30 certification
Current CPR/First Aid certification
