Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Oversee innovative tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects, interfacing with clients and consultants across all project stages. Manage project planning, financial status, and change control while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environment standards. Prepare formal budget reports, construct proposals for new work or variations, and establish effective project governance and systems. Identify opportunities to improve procedures and advise at the strategic level during project conception. Lead general line management responsibilities where appropriate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. This role requires full-time onsite presence five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Construction project management experience
- Client facing role experience
- College degree in Construction Management or a related field
- PMP certification
- Membership in relevant professional organizations
- Experience managing demanding stakeholders and work stream managers
- Experience managing commercial real estate or relatable construction projects
- Tenant Improvement and Fitout experience with Commercial Real Estate projects
- Ability to advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage
- Time management skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
- Ability to effectively share and retain key information and data
- Ability and willingness to work onsite full-time, 5 days per week
- Ability to effectively discharge general line management responsibilities
