Job Summary
Senior-level project leadership for a complex data-center construction program in Cedar Rapids, IA. Responsible for profitably delivering large projects, directing project teams, overseeing budgets and schedules, identifying risks and mitigations, managing client and stakeholder communications, coordinating with architects and engineers, handling change orders and subcontracts, preparing financial forecasts and monthly reports, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of construction experience, GC background, and demonstrated ability to mentor teams; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and P6 is a plus. Travel is involved; role reports to the Project Executive and operates within the Weitz Company’s established project-management framework.
