Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Champion the orderly transition of projects from estimating to the field through contract review meetings covering requirements, schedules, budgets, and purchase orders. Complete close-out requirements, punch lists, and warranty callbacks while coordinating with the Project Superintendent on means, methods, and resource management. Establish professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule, profitability, and quality. Manage all billings for timely payment submissions, develop the CPM schedule using the Last Planner System, and review estimates for constructability and cost control. Participate in business development, including client contacts, proposals, and negotiations. Prepare monthly progress reports by the 6th of each month and review purchase orders and subcontract agreements. Execute change orders and verify insurance compliance before subcontractor work begins.
