Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead delivery of brownfield data center projects for hyperscale, colo, and enterprise markets. Responsibilities include managing contractors and vendors, coordinating multiple concurrent projects, negotiating contracts, creating and managing schedules and budgets, handling change orders, preparing project plans and reports, supporting RFPs, delivering Built-to-Suit projects with value-engineering focus, enforcing company design standards, managing financials (progress billing, equipment rental, income/expenses), representing the company in project meetings, liaising with department managers, and maintaining all project progress logs. The role requires client-facing skills, the ability to work independently, and travel to project sites. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD is a plus, with military veteran experience noted as a plus.
