Senior Project Manager (d/f/m)

Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects from offer preparation to milestone fulfillment. Manage the entire project lifecycle to realize outcomes on time and in budget while serving as the central interface for requirements between internal teams, external stakeholders, and implementing experts. Advise and support clients with a proactive manner, utilizing expertise in stakeholder, risk, and controlling management. Lead interdisciplinary project teams across locations, designing project plans with milestones and dependencies, creating re-briefings, and documenting deadlines. Maintain close contact with Strategy, UX, UI, Dev, and QA teams to achieve common goals. Fluent in German and English with 5+ years of client-facing agency or corporate consulting experience. Hybrid working policy with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- at least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing agency-role or in direct, competent and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects
- experience in (multi-)project management
- experience in the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira)
- skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers
- ability to Design project plans with milestones and dependencies
- ability to Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients
- ability to Work independently, on your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility
- experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA
