Job Summary
Cyclyx International seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial projects. The role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and applying structured PMO governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical discipline required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex industrial capital projects, preferably in manufacturing, energy, recycling, or process industries.
- Demonstrated success delivering $100M+ greenfield or brownfield projects under structured PMO or gated project delivery frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of construction management, commissioning, and industrial operations.
- Experience with risk management, cost control, project forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, CM-Lean, or similar professional certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling software; experience with project platforms like Procore, Aconex, or SharePoint is a plus.
