Job Summary
Lead Cat B office fit-out projects from inception to completion, managing multiple simultaneous deliveries while acting as the primary client contact. Oversee project programmes, budgets, risks, and procurement strategies for fit-outs ranging from £200,000 to £4 million, collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams. Maintain exceptional client service and commercial performance across diverse sectors. Report directly to a Partner to contribute to the growth of the Principal Delivery team. This role offers direct mentoring from senior leadership within Cushman & Wakefield's global real estate consultancy, providing clear progression opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced Project Manager
