Job Summary
Lead a project team, define technical scope, and manage project-level conflict resolution for large-scale commercial initiatives. Review cost estimates, maintain monthly budgets for current and forecasted expenditures, and facilitate communications with clients while providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Achieve client objectives by effectively coordinating project tasks and promoting repeat business through favorable references. Monitor team metrics, delegate clear instructions, and hold self and others accountable to organizational goals. Work normal business hours as part of the Program & Project Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
- Experience working on large scale commercial projects
- CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
- Attendance at work during normal business hours
