Senior Project Manager

Manage daily construction project activities including overall planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, and safety management. Oversee projects from start to finish by developing a monthly Master Project Schedule and creating a Master Variance for project accounting. Manage all contracts, pay requests, change orders, and RFIs with owners and architects while ensuring timely invoice follow-up. Create and manage subcontracts and purchase orders, checking shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with specifications. Ensure all work meets quality standards and delivered items align with contract schedules to maintain field progress.
