Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager at Beta Engineering leads a team of project managers, coordinators, and assistants to oversee all aspects of assigned EPC projects in the high-voltage sector. Responsibilities include business development with customers (travel to client sites, presenting capabilities, entertaining customers, recruiting business), participating in proposal activities (pre/post bid meetings, job walks), assigning and coordinating direct reports, determining staffing, ensuring quality of deliverables, and managing cost, schedule, and scope. Maintains ongoing customer contact to ensure satisfaction and resolves conflicts. Direct supervision of team, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, and performance management. Additional duties as assigned. Must actively hire, train, develop, supervise, and retain qualified staff; travel to customer sites and participate in field activities; be proficient with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat; operate in an office and field environment with occasional lifting and potential travel. The role requires ten or more years in the high-voltage domain and a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with the ability to work in a collaborative, safety-conscious setting and to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
