Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned IT projects while managing schedules, budgets, milestones, and risks. Provide program management support for multiple Government initiatives, including acquisition planning, SOW development, and contractor performance monitoring against SLAs. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for Government stakeholders. Coordinate with Contracting Officer Representatives, Subject Matter Experts, and contractors to ensure project success and maintain program documentation in Government-approved systems. Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Active Top-Secret clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- relevant government program management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Government acquisition lifecycle and contract administration
- IT program management methodologies and best practices
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance monitoring
- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and performance reporting
- Development of acquisition documentation and contract deliverables
- Risk management, project scheduling, and performance metrics
- Collaboration with Government leadership and cross-functional technical teams
- Executive reporting and briefing preparation
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting USSOCOM or other DoD enterprise IT environments
- Familiarity with Government acquisition regulations and contract management processes
