Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned IT projects while managing schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Provide program management and administrative support for multiple Government IT initiatives, including acquisition planning and development of Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, pricing documentation, and security records. Monitor contractor performance against Service Level Agreements and Quality Assurance metrics, prepare status reports and executive briefings, and coordinate with Government Contracting Officers and Subject Matter Experts. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with customer objectives and contractual requirements. Maintain program documentation using Government-approved systems and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree or relevant government program management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Government acquisition lifecycle and contract administration
- IT program management methodologies and best practices
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance monitoring
- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and performance reporting
- Development of acquisition documentation and contract deliverables
- Risk management, project scheduling, and performance metrics
- Collaboration with Government leadership and cross-functional technical teams
- Executive reporting and briefing preparation
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting USSOCOM or other DoD enterprise IT environments
- Familiarity with Government acquisition regulations and contract management processes
