Job Summary

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned IT projects while managing schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Provide program management and administrative support for multiple Government IT initiatives, including acquisition planning and development of Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and security documentation. Monitor contractor performance against Service Level Agreements, Quality Assurance metrics, and contractual requirements. Prepare project status reports, scorecards, and executive briefings while coordinating with Government Contracting Officer Representatives, Subject Matter Experts, and contractor personnel. Maintain program documentation, contract records, and project repositories using Government-approved systems. Review contractor deliverables for accuracy and contractual compliance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant government program management experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Government acquisition lifecycle and contract administration
  • IT program management methodologies and best practices
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance monitoring
  • Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and performance reporting
  • Development of acquisition documentation and contract deliverables
  • Risk management, project scheduling, and performance metrics
  • Collaboration with Government leadership and cross-functional technical teams
  • Executive reporting and briefing preparation

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM or other DoD enterprise IT environments
  • Familiarity with Government acquisition regulations and contract management processes
