Job Summary
Lead large-scale, complex, and highly customized implementations across Coursedog's academic operations platform, owning the complete experience from discovery through adoption. Own end-to-end project planning and execution, driving administrator and end-user training at scale while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve technical integration issues. Mentor project coordinators and serve as a thought leader in implementation methodology, leveraging AI capabilities to refine processes and improve customer outcomes. Strengthen long-term client relationships by anticipating challenges and positioning solutions that deliver sustained value.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience leading software or SaaS system implementations
- demonstrated expertise in either higher education institutions or ed-tech companies
- proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects with minimal supervision
- Advanced expertise in project management and implementation methodologies
- demonstrated ability to exercise strategic decision-making and autonomy in adjusting methods and approaches based on project context
- Proven skill in identifying, communicating, and mitigating complex project risks, issues, and dependencies
