Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for occupier fit-out projects in Central London. Lead and deliver project management commissions, establish success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance parameters), manage governance and systems, prepare detailed project plans, advise on resource procurement, lead cross-functional teams, apply performance management, manage change control and project finances, coordinate information flow between team and client, and prepare formal progress reports while interfacing with clients and consultants. Holds a degree-level qualification (construction/property related) and ideally professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture; experience delivering CAT A & B projects and working on tall-building schemes (over 30,000 sq ft). Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- Holder of a construction/property related academic qualification (could be your degree)
- Ideally professionally qualified in one of: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
- Experience of delivering CAT A & B projects
- Experience with tall buildings
- Delivered schemes in excess of 30,000 sq ft
- Project Management experience in a Consultancy preferred
