Senior Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary
Oversee financial and business aspects of the Infrastructure group, including managing P&L, approving change orders, and reviewing weekly financial reports for all active projects. Lead project bidding and negotiations by reviewing bids and contract documents, while collaborating with directors to assign resources and ensure job and budget setups are completed. Direct the oversight, assignment, training, and development of Project Managers, including conducting quarterly and year-end reviews and approving PTO. Ensure weekly project review meetings are held with accurate variance reporting and monthly projections are signed off with teams. Complete minimum monthly safety reports, audit Procore sites, and assist with purchasing, legal contract reviews, and business development as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Construction Management degree or similar
- 10 Years of experience in construction (or approved comparable experience)
- Project Management training or certification (PMP or similar)
- Strong understanding of the Project Management Process
- Strong Interpersonal skills for managing team and external clients
- Knowledge of Project/Quality Management Systems and Software (Procore, Project Team, MS Projects, MS Teams)
- Position may be subject to pre-employment screening, which may include background check and drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Agency Infrastructure Projects with an emphasis on structures and concrete paving are a plus
