Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Job Summary
Manage full lifecycle of construction projects from initiation to closeout, developing detailed plans, schedules, and execution strategies while coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities. Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance across sites through regular audits, oversee daily field operations with Superintendents, and resolve operational roadblocks to maintain productivity. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, managing change orders, cost performance, and project closeout documentation. This on-site, full-time role requires candidates to currently reside in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami, Nashville, Charlotte, Phoenix, or other approved US metropolitan areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must currently reside in one of the approved locations listed above
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-site construction projects
- PMP, CCM, or similar certification
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, or commercial construction sectors
- Familiarity with design-build or EPC project delivery models
- Strong background in contract administration and subcontractor management
- LEED or sustainability project experience
- Experience working with general contractors or developers
