Job Summary
Oversee high-value construction projects from inception to completion, managing scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and logistics for mid to high complexity PEMB and conventional steel framing systems. Direct project teams to execute work in compliance with design, safety, and quality standards while leading, mentoring, and motivating staff. Act as the primary client contact, guiding stakeholders through initial assessments, providing technical support to architects and engineers, and maintaining accurate documentation. Develop comprehensive project plans, strategies, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring adherence to budgets and milestones through regular reporting and corrective actions. Engage in travel activities for approximately 25% of the work duration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Proven experience in managing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects from inception to completion is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire project teams
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards related to PEMB projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Engage in travel activities for approximately 25% of the work duration
