Job Summary
Monitor project costs, manage budgets and cash flow, and prepare cost estimates with limited supervision. Create schedules using scheduling software, correct schedule concerns, and prepare make-up schedules to ensure on-time completion. Perform field inspections to ensure design intent and specifications are met, and review construction details for quality focus. Manage project close-out processes, maintain documentation, and work with governmental agencies to obtain permits and occupancy certificates. Maintain relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and assist with business development activities. This role involves independently managing small to medium-sized projects during preconstruction and construction phases.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience
- Experience working in the K-12, Municipal, or Healthcare space
- Experience with Capital Programs and Construction Project Management
- Hybrid schedule
