Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager needed to lead complex software implementation projects for an international PMO, directing projects from proposal to value realization. Responsibilities include shaping statements of work and project plans, leading implementation projects and proofs of concept with full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer communication; coordinating cross-functional teams; managing risks, changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations; tracking progress, forecasting, and invoicing readiness; preparing customer-facing and internal reporting; driving customer acceptance and successful project closure; and working with Solution Architects, Implementation Leads, Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Customer Success. Proficiency with agile methods, software lifecycle management, and modern tools (including AI) to support planning, decision-making, and communication is expected. The role requires 5+ years of experience delivering complex software projects to large external customers, a strong background in software implementations within IT landscapes, excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and openness to occasional travel. The position offers a hybrid work model for the Atlanta area in the United States and supports collaboration across an international team.
