Job Summary
Lead self-perform concrete projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, schedules, manpower, and productivity. Partner with operations, estimating, and field leadership while developing and mentoring teams to maintain a strong safety culture. Build relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Requires 10+ years of construction project management experience with extensive self-perform concrete knowledge.
