Job Summary
Deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards by overseeing planning, execution, risk, and financial management across all stages. Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and manage contractual matters while ensuring alignment between objectives and stakeholder expectations. Identify and assess risks, provide strong financial oversight, and proactively resolve issues with corrective actions. Prepare regular reports for senior management and drive continuous improvement. Requires 12–15+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure, proficiency in Primavera P6, and PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Required Qualifications
- a bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 12–15+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and contract administration
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent
- excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
