Senior Project Manager, Commercial Landscape Installation

Job Summary
Manage commercial landscape construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing 10–30 concurrent projects totaling up to $10M in active work. Lead and mentor 4–5 Superintendents and field crews while serving as the primary point of contact for commercial General Contractors. Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation using Procore, Monday.com, and Asset, and own budgets, forecasting, and change order negotiations. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence for complex installations including hardscape systems, rooftop landscapes, and structural green roof systems. Lead teams with a bias for action and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial landscape construction project management experience
- Experience managing projects valued at $1M+
- Background working directly with commercial General Contractors as a subcontractor
- Strong understanding of hardscape installation
- Strong understanding of planting and irrigation systems
- Strong understanding of grading and drainage
- Strong understanding of rooftop and structural landscape projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and large subcontractor networks
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change orders
- Strong client communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Monday.com, Asset, or similar PM software
- Comfortable working with Procore when required by clients
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- PMP or other project management certifications
- Experience with green roofs, waterproofing coordination, and structural landscape systems
- Estimating or pre-construction experience
