Senior Project Manager, Commercial & Industrial Construction

Job Summary
Lead commercial and industrial warehouse construction projects from initiation through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Manage a portfolio of properties by coordinating capital improvements, facility upgrades, and maintenance activities while implementing real estate strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Develop project budgets, schedules, and forecasts; administer contracts, RFIs, and change orders; and monitor progress, quality, and risks to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Prepare charters, RFPs, bid analyses, and executive reports for leadership reviews. Mentor project engineers and field personnel while collaborating with brokers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10 years of progressive commercial construction project management experience
- 10–12 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects and/or commercial real estate projects
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $10 million
- Experience managing warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or other industrial facility projects
- Working knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and project controls
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
