Job Summary
Lead and develop the regional project management team while managing the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout. Ensure accountability for budget, schedule, safety, and quality across projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and contribute to business development efforts. Oversee project budgets, job costs, schedules, and vendor coordination. This senior role emphasizes leadership, operational efficiency, and a commitment to high-performance team culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial drywall or interiors subcontractor - required

- Strong leadership instincts with a genuine passion for developing people and raising team performance
- Ability to manage budgets, job costs, schedules, and vendor/subcontractor coordination
- Experience in building relationships with general contractors and contributing to business development
- Comfortable operating at a senior level and taking ownership
- Deep working knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and related scopes
