Senior Project Manager - Commercial

Job Summary
Senior Project Manager, Commercial responsible for leading construction execution on development and redevelopment projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Oversees budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, lien waivers, quality control, field coordination, and project documentation from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinates with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants; ensures alignment with approved timelines; provides technical construction guidance to internal teams; coordinates testing and inspections; travel to project sites as needed (approx. 25–35%). Requires 5–10+ years of construction PM experience in retail/mixed-use/redevelopment, strong understanding of commercial construction operations, knowledge of HVAC, electrical and MEP systems, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; redevelopment/tenant improvement experience preferred; base salary with bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 5–10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience with retail, mixed-use, shopping center, or redevelopment construction projects
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel
- Strong reading of construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
