Job Summary
Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout across commercial, healthcare, data center, and industrial sectors. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules while coordinating design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Act as primary point of contact for clients, executives, and contractors to manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular status updates. Identify risks, monitor progress, and implement mitigation strategies ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Provide executive-level updates, maintain documentation, and lead project closeout. Requires 7+ years of experience and onsite presence at construction sites or facilities. Full-time, onsite/hybrid role with potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience (large-scale or multi-site projects preferred)
- Proven experience managing commercial, healthcare, data center, or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile hybrid, PMI standards)
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of construction or infrastructure project lifecycle
- Onsite / Hybrid (project-dependent; construction sites required)
- Travel may be required for multi-site or regional projects
- Project-based scheduling with peak workload during construction phases
- Exposure to physical construction environments (PPE required on-site)
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- LEED accreditation (for sustainable/commercial construction projects)
- Experience in mission-critical environments (data centers or hospitals)
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-scale projects
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, government, energy)
