Senior Project Manager – Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing

Manage multiple commercial drywall and metal framing projects concurrently, overseeing individual projects typically valued at $5M+ while running an annual project volume of approximately $12M–$18M+. Maintain full responsibility for project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitability, developing and managing project schedules, manpower planning, and material coordination. Work closely with superintendents, field leadership, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards, proactively resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This hands-on leadership role requires a seasoned professional to take full ownership of complex, high-value projects in the New York/New Jersey market with immediate accountability for operational execution and financial performance.
