Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role overseeing commercial construction projects (office, healthcare, life science, hospitality) from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include leading projects, preparing bids and budgets, developing schedules, coordinating site logistics, overseeing procurement and cost tracking, serving as primary client liaison, managing relationships with subcontractors and partners, participating in business development, facilitating regular status meetings, and overseeing financial performance and project closeout. Required skills include extensive PM experience in commercial/construction environments, strong estimating and scheduling capabilities, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/Microsoft Project, and excellent client-facing communication; LEED is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple or complex projects simultaneously
- Experience leading and mentoring project teams, including PMs and support staff
- Strong background in estimating, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience in technical or lab construction environments is a plus
- Proficient with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- LEED accreditation is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a client-facing mindset
