Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects valued between $40M and $80M. Supervise project managers, superintendents, and staff while serving as the primary client contact to ensure timely, on-budget completion. Manage budgets, oversee change orders and contracts, and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain schedules and safety compliance. Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Requires 10+ years in construction project management with 5+ years on large-scale projects. Salary range $140K-$160K.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
- At least 5 years in managing large-scale projects ($40M+)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams to successful project delivery
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and cost management for large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and safety
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and consultants
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
