Job Summary
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams while leading buyout, contract administration, and procurement activities. Manage project documentation, reporting, change orders, and meetings to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Mentor project team members as needed. This role supports a leading commercial general contractor, offering a base salary of 150-180K plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting
- Experience managing large and complex commercial projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
