Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams while leading buyout, contract administration, and procurement activities. Manage project documentation, reporting, change orders, and meetings to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Mentor project team members as needed.
