Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop project teams including safety, superintendents, and project engineers while fostering rapport with owners, designers, and subcontractors. Manage budget and costs to enable responsible decision-making, oversee QAQC functions, and ensure all contract document responsibilities are met across field, office, and financial areas. Develop, manage, and revise construction schedules and logistics plans, leading all phases of the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout. Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and support on-site coordination of materials, subcontractors, and equipment. Take a lead role in developing project procedures and reinforcing industry standards. Requires 7-10 years of commercial construction experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Procore and MS Project. Located in Boise, ID, with onsite availability.
Required Qualifications
- 4yr bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, Architecture or related field
- Proven track record as a General Contractor delivering projects over $10 M in value
- Strong knowledge of building codes, delivery mechanisms (CMAR, DB, DBB), and construction sequencing
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Viewpoint Vista project management software
- Safety standards knowledge OSHA 30 certification
- Self-starter with excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
