Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for end-to-end leadership of multi-channel marketing production initiatives, including print campaigns and direct mail, digital and creative projects, and video production. Drives on-time, on-budget, on-brand delivery by coordinating with creative, strategy, production, and vendor teams; manages print production workflows, USPS logistics, QA of mechanicals and proofs, and post-production for video. Oversees cross-functional project plans, scopes, budgets, and timelines; manages risk, scope creep, and stakeholder communications; mentors junior PMs and collaborates with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers. Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Click-Up) and Google Workspace; emphasizes process improvement and SOP development. Hybrid work arrangement in Pittsburgh, PA.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of project management experience in a marketing, agency, or in-house creative environment
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand work with a consistent sense of urgency and accountability
- Strong command of digital and creative workflows including email, social, and paid media asset production
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or Click-Up, or equivalent), Google Workspace tools, building and maintaining spreadsheets
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Clear, confident communicator with all levels of stakeholders
