Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management for Clio’s most complex cross-functional initiatives, including launching new product lines, global expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and internal transformation. Partner with functional leaders to develop execution plans aligned to strategic goals, drive strategic alignment with executives, and facilitate needs assessments and scoping discussions to ensure teams focus on high-impact work. Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams, and communicate decisions to stakeholders. Requires 4+ years in project management within SaaS/tech, and PMP certification or equivalent. Desired skills include cross-functional collaboration, workshop facilitation, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on outcomes. Bonus points for people management or prior leadership experience. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations twice per week for Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto offices; compensation reflects regional bands and may vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree in project management, business, leadership, software development or related field
- 4+ years of project management or adjacent experience in a fast-growing SaaS/tech company
- Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision-making, and creating roadmaps/timelines
- Experience facilitating workshops and coaching individuals
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs end-to-end and drive execution
