Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery of major SSCs across the full EPCC lifecycle for Sizewell C, overseeing contracts (£100m-£500m), managing and developing project-manager and matrix teams, defining delivery strategies, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget. Drive cost, schedule, risk, and performance oversight (including EVM), manage contractors and commercial delivery, and build strong stakeholder relationships across the programme. Scope includes site establishment, civil works, infrastructure, roads/utilities, power, communications, water systems, buildings, welfare and security facilities. Requires proven leadership in complex infrastructure or energy projects, EPC/EPCM delivery experience, strong contract/commercial management skills, and ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in relevant discipline (engineering, construction, physics)
- Chartered status (or working towards)
- Knowledge of CDM, APM / PRINCE2 methodologies
