Senior Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure

Job Summary
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure projects ranging from industrial site developments to public works up to $40M. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while managing teams, subcontractors, and internal staff. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Serve as the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, preparing financial and progress reports. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least seven years of experience in civil construction, including three years in lead project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil construction
- At least 3 years in a lead project management roles
- Proven track record of managing complex civil infrastructure projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
