Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Landmark Construction leading multiple student housing and mixed-use projects valued over $150M. Oversees project teams across development, construction, and site management; directs design-to-budget, planning, scheduling, cost control, contract documents, and reporting. Ensures schedules, cost reporting, buyout logs, closeouts, and successful project turnover. Mentors and develops project teams; collaborates with trade partners to align schedule and financials. Requires experience in residential/mixed-use construction, strong leadership, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Travel with periods of overnight travel may be required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred. Technical proficiency with Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, and related scheduling/cost software.' ,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential and mixed-use building construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred
- Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience
