Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leading on large commercial construction projects. Responsible for developing high-performance teams, staffing plans, and delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget. Key duties include defining scope and deliverables, preparing bid packages and managing the CM bid process, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, timetables, and cost, ensuring safety, maintaining client relationships, and driving project planning, reporting, and governance. Requires strong leadership, communications, and ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders through all project phases, from pre-bid through warranty.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role
- Five (5) years in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role overseeing multiple large and complex projects
- Successful completion of classes or training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
