Job Summary
Manage the operational rhythm of the tower by designing, executing, and optimizing leadership meetings, business reviews, and goal/OKR tracking. Lead internal communication strategies across Slack, team newsletters, and executive decks to ensure strategic alignment, while driving associate engagement through sentiment analysis and culture initiatives. Drive cross-functional projects that impact the bottom line, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met by identifying risks and mitigating downstream impacts. Plan and execute project plans from feasibility through implementation, leveraging problem-solving skills to maintain key documentation and report status to stakeholders. Forge relationships with key customers and partners to deliver commitments and streamline business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
- Proven track record of project management
- Ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
- Outstanding communication and partnership skills
- Organizational agility
- Strong consulting and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results with complex projects
Desired Qualifications
- Masters / MBA degree
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of People Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
