Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of the Vancouver Operations Centre using an owner-developer model, managing a large-scale greenfield industrial build with strict budget discipline (±5%), leading cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external partners, and delivering on schedule and scope. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management, 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale builds, expertise in Pro Forma modeling and CapEx tracking, and ability to engage senior management and stakeholders. Role is based on-site in Vancouver, five days a week, with occasional travel; GMP environment experience and PMP/PRINCE2 certification are assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience, specifically focused on large-scale greenfield industrial builds, high-tech warehousing, or cold chain infrastructure
- Experience navigating diverse delivery models, with owner-developer relationships within industrial, energy, or healthcare infrastructure sectors
- Pro Forma modeling and capital expenditure tracking with budget variance control within +/-5%
