Job Summary

Senior Project Manager in Canada responsible for end-to-end delivery of ICSS/DCS projects across the full lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and service handover. Lead scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with customers and cross-functional teams; develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery while optimizing profitability and cash flow. Manage multiple projects with remote and international teams; oversee project financials (budgeting, forecasting, billing, cost control, cash flow) and drive margin improvement through cost optimization. Serve as primary customer contact, lead project reviews and reporting, and identify opportunities for contract growth. Provide technical and quality leadership, oversee FAT/SAT and design reviews, ensure documentation and closeout, and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and internal support. Ensure adherence to Yokogawa standards and ISO procedures and effectively manage changes, negotiations, and risk. Travel up to 30%. Minimum qualifications include a engineering degree, 15 years ICSS/DCS experience, 10 years PM/Execution experience, ISO 9001 awareness, ability to develop execution plans and manage international teams, and Canada work authorization. Preferred qualifications include PMP training and certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 15 years experience in ICSS/DCS or process control systems
  • 10 years in Project Management and Execution including EPC engagement, contract management, and resource management
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness
  • Experience developing project execution plans, resource strategies, and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with international teams and culture
  • Current Canada work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Ability to travel 30%
