Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation

Lead large-scale, complex projects from end to end with autonomy, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, execution, and closure. Create comprehensive project plans encompassing charters, defined scope, deliverables, dependencies, schedules, and resource plans. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans. Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to project success across internal teams and external partners. Liaise between project teams, cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Allocate and manage project budgets, resources, and hours; adjust allocations as project needs evolve. Identify impacted business processes and implement process optimization and modernization initiatives. Establish and execute comprehensive communication plans for all project stakeholders. Support change management by developing consistent policies and procedures across all project phases. Perform post-project reviews to ensure achievement of business objectives and identify improvement opportunities. Provide informal guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers. Support other Strategic Program Management projects as needed.
