Job Summary
Guide successful execution of complex strategic projects across functions, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle while maintaining focus on business objectives and quality standards. Implement process improvements, new technologies, and transformational changes that enhance operational efficiency and customer success. This role requires advanced degree plus 6 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience

- Fluency in English
- Up to 25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Fields of Study: engineering, business, science, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience in regulated/GMP environment
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards (ISO, FDA, etc.)
