Senior Project Manager - Buildings

Senior Project Manager, Buildings division leads complex construction projects from estimate to close-out with accountability for execution, schedule, cost, quality, safety, subcontracting, labor, and equipment across Level 2 and Level 3 scopes. Drives project financial performance through forecasting, change management, progress invoicing, and margin management while exercising delegated commercial authority and managing risk, claims, and disputes. Builds, leads, and mentors high-performing project teams; maintains proactive client and stakeholder relationships; ensures alignment with project objectives and broader business-unit strategy. Champions HSEQ by leading safety culture and implementing project-specific safety and quality programs compliant with regulatory requirements, delivering measurable outcomes. Education & Credentials: Technical trade certificate with extensive field and PM background; Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma preferred, plus formal leadership training and proficiency with construction/project management systems. Experience: minimum eight years in direct PM, with healthcare, airport, institutional, hospital/residential experience considered a strong asset. Skills: advanced construction execution, financial and cost control, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, contract and change management, risk mitigation, and strong leadership and communication. Salary range $165,000 to $185,000 per annum; three to five weeks vacation; health & dental benefits; equal opportunity employer.
