Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for the Building team responsible for day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of projects. Lead the internal project team, trade partners, and clients through construction, plant start-up, and turnover; manage project schedule, budget, buy-outs, subcontracts, and reporting; coordinate with preconstruction, BIM, MEP, estimating, and other DOC departments; drive safety goals and continuous improvement; supervise field operations and ensure timely communication of project status and issues.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar construction project management role or related functions
- Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) experience
- OSHA 30 Certification required; LEED Certification, Lean Certification, and CPR/First Aid Training a plus
