Senior Project Manager

Manage scope, budget, and quality of deliverables while taking measures to mitigate potential risks. Coordinate day-to-day tasks, allocate resources, and eliminate obstacles to enable a high-performing environment. Facilitate process to secure vendors, follow official procurement and legal processes, and ensure correct invoicing and contractor on-boarding. Produce agreed artefacts including sizing, scoping, costing, baseline plans, and risk management documents. Communicate with stakeholders frequently to track progress, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts. Evaluate PMO standards and suggest necessary changes. Act speedily to resolve problems and use influence to achieve win-win outcomes.
