Job Summary
Coordinate large-scale software development projects using agile methodology by maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures. Monitor progress, identify critical path dependencies, and document risks while ensuring deadlines are met. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including GDT OpCo and the ServiceNow Owner, by organizing meetings, distributing minutes, and delivering regular status updates. Build Statements of Work with subject matter experts and prepare presentation materials. Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and maintain comprehensive governance documentation.
Required Qualifications
- General project management understanding and experience
- Agile project methods, such as Scrum and Kanban boards
- Project administration knowledge and experience
- Organisational change management: understanding the key concepts and its importance in a project
- Solid organization and time-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) process is preferred
