Senior Project Manager (BMS/PMS)

Job Summary
Partner with the Project Manager to support schedule management and ensure seamless integration of Building Monitoring Systems (BMS) and Power Management Systems (PMS) within the broader construction program. Act as a visible safety leader onsite, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and participating in regular safety audits. Lead the BMS/PMS construction package, overseeing procurement, installation, and commissioning while coordinating with key stakeholders including MEP teams, automation specialists, and external contractors. Manage costs, track progress, and drive the handover process to ensure timely delivery and final acceptance.
Required Qualifications
- Are an experienced Construction Manager with a background in large-scale, complex projects, particularly in data centres, industrial, or high-tech buildings.
- Have a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a deep understanding of BMS, PMS, and critical infrastructure systems within a construction environment.
- Have experience managing specialist subcontractors and technology vendors in the BMS/PMS domain.
- Possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully delivering technical packages.
- Have a strong working knowledge of the full design and construction process, from procurement through to commissioning and handover.
- Are proficient in construction scheduling tools, cost tracking, and quality management processes.
- Can mobilize people and teams, driving successful project execution and delivery.
- Are effective in building strong working relationships within complex project structures, across clients, consultants, and internal team.
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
