Job Summary
Acquire all required permits and support for project-specific work while executing the project plan and approach for all subcontractors and field staff. Develop form drawings, isometrics, plans, and profiles for utilities, cranes, and lifts to ensure proper care and maintenance on permanent equipment. Oversee the project quality program, implement detailed schedules, and resolve resource and scheduling conflicts to track subcontractor performance, cost, and production. Manage labor union agreements, conduct regular inspections to verify quality products, and participate in weekly scheduling and "Play of the Day" meetings. Coordinate with senior leadership for reporting and ensure disciplines control their costs and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in project controls for construction projects
- Five 5+ years experiencer as a Project Manager required
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and execute project based on scope of work requirements, specifications and schedules
- Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on projects valued at 100 million minimum for a general contractor desired
